Your CSV must include the required columns below. Column order does not matter. Both comma and semicolon delimiters are supported, and quoted fields are handled correctly.

How "no telemetry" labels work: Chargers listed in this hierarchy file that have not reported any session data in the selected date range are counted as "no telemetry" on the Fleet Health dashboard. This surfaces silent failures — chargers that have stopped communicating without generating error codes. If a charger is not in this file at all, it will not be counted. This means the no-telemetry count is only as complete as the hierarchy you upload: any charger missing from the CSV will not be flagged as offline, even if it has stopped reporting.
